Italian dinner for four in an exclusive experience
On 7 and 8 June, the chefs from ALLORA and LIMA will come together at EPIC SANA Algarve for an exclusive four-course dinner featuring the most famous dishes from each restaurant. This event is a tribute to true Italian cuisine, where the two restaurants combine their distinct styles, each presenting their most famous dishes.
Each chef will prepare two starters, two main courses and two desserts, from which you can choose one option each.
Starters
- ALLORA: Beef Carpaccio or Fried Egg
- LIMA: Mushroom Arancino or Cod Carpaccio
Main Dishes
- ALLORA: Prawn Tortello or Tagliolini al Tartufo
- LIMA: Tagliatelle with Clams or Mushroom Risotto
Desserts
- ALLORA: Tiramisù or Sicilian Cannolo
- LIMA: Profiterole or Raspberry Dessert
